Quick answers
Should all desks rely on one Wi-Fi router?
That depends on floor area, walls and simultaneous use. Ask for a coverage assessment; additional access points may be quoted separately.
Can I get connected in The Garden of Five Senses?
Availability must be checked for your exact building and floor. Share your address and landmark; the team will confirm the route and installation appointment.
Is the Wi-Fi router free?
The dual-band router is provided against refundable security, not as a free gift. Confirm the deposit and refund terms before paying.

- List overlapping calls, cloud tools and file transfers.
- Test from the actual desk, preferably over Ethernet.
- Confirm upload requirements, equipment and any separately agreed backup service.
A practical example
If a work call breaks up only during a cloud backup, pause the backup and repeat the call. If only a company VPN is affected, compare normal browsing and involve workplace IT.

Choose around the working day’s busiest periods, not just a headline speed. Confirm upload needs and business terms, then check performance from the actual workspaces.
