Service agreement

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of the Fiber Link Broadband website and, where relevant, to broadband enquiries, installations, plans, equipment, billing and customer support.

Last updated: 15 July 2026
Your confirmed order, invoice, installation form or written plan message may include prices, deposits, validity periods and benefits specific to your connection. Those confirmed details apply together with these general terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, requesting a connection, accepting installation, paying for a plan or continuing to use Fiber Link Broadband services, you agree to the applicable terms shown here and to any plan-specific details supplied to you.

2. Service availability

Connections are subject to technical feasibility, network coverage, building access, permissions, route availability, installation conditions and verification of the service address. A website listing or area name does not guarantee that every building, lane or floor can be connected.

3. Plans, speeds and offers

  • Plan prices, speeds, validity and promotional benefits are those confirmed at the time of order or renewal.
  • Advertised speeds describe the selected plan’s maximum service rate. Actual experience may vary due to Wi-Fi conditions, router capability, device limitations, server performance, congestion, internal wiring, interference, maintenance or factors outside our control.
  • Unlimited plans remain subject to lawful and reasonable use, network integrity and any written plan conditions.
  • Promotional benefits, free months, service visits, router offers and discounts may have eligibility, validity or minimum-plan requirements.

4. Installation and access

The customer must provide accurate address information, a safe installation location, power supply, building access and any required owner, society or property permission. Extra civil work, special cabling, unusually long cable routes, additional devices or non-standard installation may be charged separately after customer approval.

5. Billing, renewal and refunds

  • Charges are generally payable in advance for the chosen validity period unless a written arrangement states otherwise.
  • The customer is responsible for timely renewal. Service may stop or be restricted after plan expiry or non-payment.
  • Payments should be made only through approved methods communicated by Fiber Link Broadband.
  • Installation, activation, consumed service periods, third-party charges and completed work may be non-refundable. Any eligible refund will depend on the specific order, service status and written confirmation.
  • Taxes or government charges, when applicable, may be added or shown separately.

6. Router and other equipment

A router, optical network device, adapter, cable or other equipment may be sold, loaned or supplied against refundable security depending on the plan. Ownership and return conditions will be explained at the time of installation.

  • Loaned or security-deposit equipment must be kept in reasonable condition and returned when required.
  • Damage, loss, unauthorized opening, electrical damage, missing accessories or non-return may reduce or cancel any refundable security amount.
  • Refundable security, if applicable, is processed after equipment inspection and settlement of outstanding charges.
  • The customer should not reset, reconfigure, relocate or replace network equipment in a way that disrupts service without support guidance.

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide correct contact, identity, address and billing information where requested.
  • Keep Wi-Fi passwords, account details and devices secure.
  • Use suitable surge protection and maintain safe electrical conditions.
  • Promptly report faults, suspected misuse, cable damage or unauthorized access.
  • Pay charges for customer-caused damage, relocation, reinstallation or extra work when agreed.

8. Acceptable use

The service must not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, network attacks, copyright infringement, resale without permission, interference with other users, or any activity that may damage the network or violate applicable requirements.

9. Support, maintenance and outages

We aim to provide reliable local support, but response and restoration times may vary because of weather, power failures, fiber cuts, building restrictions, upstream-provider issues, public works, safety conditions, major incidents or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service.

10. Suspension or termination

Service may be suspended, restricted or terminated for non-payment, unlawful use, network abuse, safety risk, repeated interference, false information, unauthorized resale, breach of these terms, refusal of necessary access, or when continued service is technically or legally impractical. Outstanding charges and equipment-return obligations remain payable.

11. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent reasonably permitted, Fiber Link Broadband is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party app failure, device malfunction, business interruption or losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Customers should maintain backups, device security and an alternative connection where uninterrupted connectivity is critical.

12. Website information and external links

Website information is provided for general guidance and may be corrected or updated. Images, illustrations, plan labels and availability statements may be representative. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram or other third-party services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and policies.

13. Complaints and disputes

Please contact Fiber Link Broadband first so we can attempt to resolve any billing, installation, equipment or service concern. Unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise, disputes connected with these terms or services will be handled under the laws applicable in India and through the appropriate courts or authorities in New Delhi.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in plans, equipment, website features, business practices or service requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page. Material plan-specific changes will apply as communicated or at the next applicable renewal, where appropriate.
