Identify how staff connect
Ask the software or hosting administrator whether staff use remote desktop, a browser, a VPN or another supported client. Record simultaneous users and whether printers or files are redirected. Different hosting arrangements have different requirements; a provider name alone does not define the network specification.
Diagnose a slow session methodically
Check whether ordinary browsing is also affected and whether every user sees the same delay. Compare a wired computer with Wi-Fi. Record the time and hosting endpoint, then ask the hosting supplier about server load. Avoid changing accounting settings or moving data simply to test the internet.
Confirm address requirements
Some hosts allow access only from approved public addresses. Ask whether a static public IP is needed, how it is charged and what happens if the connection changes. Do not promise public-IP availability until it is included in the quotation. Coordinate access rules with the hosting administrator.
Prepare for billing-hour faults
Write down a supported recovery process with the accounting supplier. A backup connection should be tested with the same authentication and access rules. Keep backups and recovery responsibility clear: a broadband subscription does not include hosting, Tally licensing or an accounting-data backup service.
Before you request a quotation
- Describe the hosting method and concurrent users.
- Test the accounting session over Ethernet.
- Confirm allowlisting and public-IP requirements.
- Agree a recovery plan with the software supplier.
Common question
Will upgrading Mbps fix a slow Tally session?
Only if connection capacity is the bottleneck. Server performance, Wi-Fi, latency and the local computer can also cause slow responses.
Local availability and plan terms
For Paryavaran Complex, share the building or house, lane, floor, nearby landmark and map pin. Availability is checked for the premises; a service-area name or PIN code alone does not confirm a connection.
Published home plans are 100 Mbps at ₹499/month, 200 Mbps at ₹699/month, 300 Mbps at ₹799/month and 500 Mbps at ₹1,699/month. Confirm current pricing, taxes, billing period and complete first-payment total. Standard installation is advertised free; confirm included work. The dual-band Wi-Fi router is provided against refundable security: ask for the amount and return terms.
Business networking, public IP, IPv6, failover equipment, hosted services and ongoing management are not assumed to be included. Request a written quotation for the required scope. Check the local broadband page or compare current plans.
